BRIEN P.CONNOLLY

Mr. Connolly is a magna cum laude graduate of Assumption College, and a graduate of New England School of Law. Mr. Connolly is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for Massachusetts. Mr. Connolly’s practice focuses on representing federal agencies, managers, law enforcement officers and employees in defense against litigation in U.S. District Courts and before various administrative bodies. In addition, Mr. Connolly routinely represents employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in federal sector employment discrimination cases. In addition to employment law, Mr. Connolly practices in a variety of areas including insurance defense, estate planning, real estate law, and criminal defense.

Mr. Connolly is a member of the Labor and Employment Section of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and is a member of Middlesex Defense Attorneys, a non-profit organization providing representation to indigents accused of crimes. In addition, Mr. Connolly is a Director of the Cambridge-Arlington- Belmont Bar Association.
