PATRICK TINSLEY

Patrick Tinsley received a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of the Holy Cross in 1998, after which he pursued graduate studies at Eberhard–Karls Universität in Tübingen, Germany. In 2002, Mr. Tinsley received a Master’s Degree from the University of Memphis and in 2005 he graduated, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School, where he received American Jurisprudence Awards for Criminal Law and Property Law.

Mr. Tinsley has been an associate with the firm since 2005. He represents federal, state, and private sector employees in a wide range of employment-related matters, including adverse actions, administrative investigations, union grievances, disciplinary hearings, arbitrations and mediations, discrimination and reprisal complaints, and security clearance adjudications. Mr. Tinsley’s clients include several high-profile federal whistleblowers and many members of the federal, state, and local law enforcement communities. Mr. Tinsley’s practice also includes representing insurance companies and their insureds in civil litigation matters.
