Peter H. Noone

A partner with Avery Dooley since 1998, Peter Noone is a graduate of Princeton University (B.A., 1992) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., Cum Laude, 1995). Mr. Noone is admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States District Court for Massachusetts. Mr. Noone has served as a Trial Attorney with Avery Dooley since his admission to practice. Previously, he worked as a Claims Investigator and a Law Clerk with the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office.  He has served as a guest instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and has developed and provided training seminars to the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) Law Enforcement Steering Committee. 

 

He is a member of both the American and Massachusetts Bar Associations and the Cambridge-Arlington-Belmont Bar Association. In addition, he serves as general legal counsel for the Massachusetts Association of Women in Law Enforcement, The Irish American Police Officers Association, the Massachusetts Communication Officers Association, and the New England Crisis Negotiators Association.  He has represented federal employees and law enforcement officers from virtually every federal agency.
