Rosalind Kabrhel is an Associate at Avery Dooley. She received her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994, and her J.D. from the Catholic University of America in 1999, where she also earned a certificate in International and Comparative Law with a focus on national security.
Attorney Kabrhel has extensive experience with general civil litigation in state and federal courts. Her primary practice areas include insurance defense, civil rights, employment, and constitutional law. Attorney Kabrhel also handles appeals.
Prior to joining Avery Dooley, Attorney Kabrhel was an Assistant Massachusetts Attorney General in the Civil Rights Division, where she litigated cases involving all types of discrimination and hate crimes, and was actively involved in the Attorney General's investigation into sexual abuse of children in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston. Attorney Kabrhel also worked for several years in the political arena, on both Capital Hill and Beacon Hill, where she was involved in crafting legislation and high-level investigations.
Attorney Kabrhel is an appointed member of the Belmont Human Rights Commission, and is a member of the Women's Bar Association.
